We're looking for a passionate and energetic individual to take the lead in our Undercroft Cafe. Hidden within the lower level of the castle, the Undercroft Cafe offers a range of delicious hot and cold snacks. If you have a flair for food, drinks, and creating memorable moments, this is your opportunity to be part of something truly magical.
Your Role
As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our hospitality operations, overseeing a vibrant team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring guests enjoy a warm welcome and great food in a historic setting. Whether you're already a supervisor or a standard team member ready to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you!

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• A team player who has the ability to manage, motivate and support team members with their daily tasks
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Experience in catering or hospitality preferred
• A good understanding of food hygiene standards

Please note: This role includes working weekends and bank holidays as part of out dynamic, guest-facing operation.
