Main responsibilities:

Serving guest in all areas of the Food & Beverage department including the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Meetings & Events Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner Ensuring cleanliness of work areas Following departmental and company policies and procedures Complying with legislative and safety regulations Remaining polite and courteous at all time

What are we looking for?

Positive attitude Good communication skills Excellent grooming standards Ability to work on your own or in teams Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service Flexibility to work shifts - mornings, evenings and weekends

It would be advantageous if you could demonstrate the following:

Previous Food and Beverage and/or industry experience Experience with cash handling Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
