Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage Team Members to join our dynamic team at Haslem Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests with a warm, welcoming and positive approach. Your contributions will help create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment, making you an integral part of our hospitality team. Midweek shift availability would be welcome.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their food and beverage selections. Serve food items in accordance with health and safety regulations, in a timely and courteous manner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations. Assist in the setup and breakdown of catering events as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Adhere to food safety standards and procedures at all times. Support bartending duties when necessary, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with food safety practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous. Experience in bar and restaurant services or bartending is a plus. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
