At Haulfryn, we create exceptional holiday experiences, and we're looking for a Food & Beverage Team Member to join our team and support our HIVE venue at Devon Hills Holiday Park.

What You'll Do.




As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will:

Prepare food and menu items

,

including operating kitchen equipment such as ovens and fryers, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.

Serve food and beverages

to guests and owners,

maintaining excellent service and presentation standards.

Provide menu knowledge

,

making recommendations and answering guest questions with confidence.

Maintain cleanliness and keep

the service area and

floor organised at all times.

Support the team

to deliver smooth daily operations,

assisting with stock rotation and basic food preparation.

Handle customer complaints and inquiries

professionally,

ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Who We're Looking For




We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual with:

Previous food and beverage experience

(desirable)

Experience using kitchen equipment

(desirable)

Excellent communication skills

and confidence engaging with guests

Working knowledge of POS systems

and general retail equipment

Good numeracy and attention to detail

Knowledge of food safety and health & safety practices
