Part-Time Food & Beverage (F&B) Team Member

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Food & Beverage Team Member to join our hotel team on a part-time basis, with a focus on weekend shifts. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences in our restaurant, bar, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner Set up, clear, and clean tables and dining areas Assist with buffet and event setups as needed Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F&B areas Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams Follow all health, safety, and hotel policies

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage, but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, positive attitude and a passion for service Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom
