Between 06:30 - 23:00, 7 days a week (flexibility required)

Job Overview:




As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will be an essential part of our guest experience, providing friendly, efficient service across all areas of our F&B operation--including the restaurant, breakfast service, and the bar. You will be trained to work flexibly across all service areas and expected to contribute to a high standard of service and presentation at all times.

Please note: Due to the requirement to serve alcohol, all applicants must be aged 18 or over.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and serve guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver food and drinks to tables, ensuring correct orders and presentation. Set up and clear down tables and service areas. Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F&B areas. Handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints where possible, escalating if needed. Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Operate the till, handle cash/card transactions, and balance at the end of shift. Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a customer-facing F&B or hospitality role is desirable but not essential - full training provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a busy environment. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
