that deliver fresh food directly to workplaces and sites across Wakefield.The Role
We're looking for a reliable Van Driver / Shop Assistant
to join our team. This role is hands-on and varied - perfect for someone who enjoys food, people, and being on the move.Key Responsibilities:
Report to the shop each morning Help prepare sandwiches, breakfasts, and lunch items Load the food van with prepared items and stock Drive a set route to businesses and sites around Wakefield Serve and deliver food directly from the van Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and customer service standards
Requirements:
Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
Good timekeeping and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Food preparation experience preferred (training provided)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
