As a Production Team Leader, you oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure products are made efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. You plan production schedules, manage inventory, and coordinate with procurement to ensure raw materials are available. On the production floor, you supervise staff, monitor equipment, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. You handle quality control, train team members, resolve production issues, and report performance metrics to senior management. Driving continuous improvement through process optimization is also a key part of your role.

Detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse and Packaging Leader to oversee the daily operations of packaging lines and warehouse logistics at our tofu manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all packing and storage activities run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with food safety standards.

The Quality Assurance in a food manufacturing environment is responsible for ensuring that all food products meet company, customer, and regulatory quality and safety standards. The role involves overseeing food safety systems, conducting inspections, managing documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality in production.

The Maintenance Technician/Engineer is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing equipment and facilities in a food manufacturing environment. This includes performing preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with food safety and health standards, and supporting production efficiency.

Requirements

????

- 5 years of experience in food production or manufacturing,

ideally in tofu, soy, or plant-based protein processing.

Ability to lead and supervise a multidisciplinary production team (machine operators, packers, QA, etc.).

Strong people management, training, and team-building skills.

Excellent communication skills for coordinating with warehouse, logistics, quality assurance, and senior management.

- 3+ years of experience in warehouse/packaging in a food manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Experience leading a team in a fast-paced production setting.

Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Flexible with shift work and able to handle physically demanding tasks.

- 1-3 years of experience in food manufacturing QA/QC (entry-level roles available with relevant internships)

Familiarity with food safety systems such as HACCP or BRC

Bachelor's degree in food science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

Proven experience in maintenance within a food manufacturing or similar industry.

Familiarity with PLC systems, sensors, motors, and automated machinery is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, hygiene-sensitive environment.

Knowledge of safety protocols and food production standards.

Pay: 25,875.00-45,000.00 per year
