We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of food safety protocols, particularly HACCP, and demonstrate mechanical knowledge to assist in the operation of production machinery. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor food production equipment, ensuring all machinery is functioning correctly. Adhere to HACCP guidelines and food safety regulations throughout the production process. Conduct regular checks for quality control, ensuring products meet specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to comply with health and safety standards. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues with equipment as they arise. Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency and workflow.

Requirements

Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong understanding of HACCP principles and food safety practices. Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment operation and maintenance. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by production demands.
