Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure that all products, raw materials, ingredients, WIP and packaging (including sundries) are picked accurately, transferred and dipped correctly, and where appropriate, mixed in advance or made ready of the time required by Production Department. To ensure and maintain product integrity and traceability at all times. To maintain the stock rotation systems of the company at all times (FIFO). To complete and maintain all relevant documentation as required. Assist in ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations in order to fulfil business and department needs and targets, maintaining product safety and quality standards are achieved.

Main Duties:

To pick all production requirements in advance and to recipe builder, ensuring accuracy of products, both in terms of quantity, quality and ratio, at all times. To transfer and as appropriate, dip and spin all production requirements into High Care, ensuring SOP's are followed at all times, Ensure appropriate documentation is completed, and relevant records are maintained consistently and accurately. To mix, as appropriate, all required recipes to accurate standards, (including accurate weights / ratios) and in advance of production requirements. Maintain product quality and temperature integrity at all times. To ensure all return to stocks are managed and documented correctly, and in a safe and secure manner. Avoid over use / over consumption of products by attention to detail and accurate measurements. Perform inventory checks and stock takes as requested. Maintain a clean and tidy area meeting both safety and hygiene regulations. Update the ERP system Wear the appropriate PPE at all times. Carry out training in relation to the job. Adhere to company rules and regulations.
Shift : 2pm to 11pm Flexible 5 days out of 7
