Hourly Pay Rate:
Basic Rate 13.02ph.
Pay Rate Including Attendance Bonus Uplift 13.61ph.
Overtime available after 41.7-Hours worked in a 5-day week.
Shift Pattern Monday to Friday:
Night Shift - 6pm till 3am (41.7-Hours per Week Minimum).
We are recruiting full-time temporary to permanent staff to work in a butchery and meat production factory and well-established company outside of Southampton central.
Own transport essential due to the rural location and shift times.
Working as part of a team, the role will involve de-boning, carcass work (breaking down to primary and secondary cuts), cutting, trimming, removing excess fat and weighing cuts whilst working in a busy manufacturing environment.
Keeping the work areas clean and following food hygiene standards.
Successful candidates will need to have a knowledge of meat cutting techniques and experience. Efficiency, enthusiasm, and attention to detail are all essential for this role as well as working to tight deadlines.
