About the Role:

We are looking for an

organised, efficient, and reliable

Food Production Chef to join our team! This role consists of food production and assisting the Food Production Manager in daily operations.

Mainly daytime shifts, with occasional evening and everyother weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Production & Development

- Follow recipes and specifications with no deviations to maintain consistency and quality.

Stock Management

- Track and maintain stock levels efficiently.

Recipe Yield & Allergen Management

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Assist the Food Production Manager

- Support daily kitchen operations and food development.

Basic Admin Work

- Good understanding of

Microsoft Word & Excel

required.

What We're Looking For:

Highly organised & efficient

- Able to multitask and work under pressure.

Reliable & punctual

- Essential for both production and deliveries.

Attention to detail

- Especially in following recipes and stock management.

Tech-savvy

- Willing to learn and use food production software.

Driving License is essential (minimum 4 years)

Experience Required

Minimum 3 year in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub.
