Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the production line while adhering to food safety and quality standards.
The position operates on a weekly rotating shift schedule, with hours from 05:30 to 13:30 and 13:00 to 21:00.
Responsibilities
Adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles and food safety regulations to maintain product quality. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality. Accurately record production data, including quantities produced and any issues encountered during the process. Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills
Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is advantageous, tranning will be giving Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions meticulously. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration within the production team.
