Production Operative - Days

Flavours Foods is a food manufacturing business providing the food to go, wholesale and catering markets with high quality chilled products such as sandwich fillers, salads and marinated meats

As a Production Operative you will be expected to follow job sheets to weigh out and mix products ensuring all paperwork is correctly filled out. Cleaning up after each batch and ensuring all ingredients are tagged up correctly. Temperature checks to be carried out also.

The business continues to grow therefore the company is looking for a person who would be enthusiastic, self motivated and a good team worker to ensure that product safety and quality is not compromised, as well as the right quantities are produced on the daily basis.

Day to day duties:

- Weighing out products and mixing together to specs

- Ensuring product safety & quality is kept up to the standard

- Product temperature monitoring and paperwork per batch

- General Housekeeping

- Traceability documentation tagging

- Cleaning of equipment & machinery to the highest standard, 'Clean as you go' policy followed

- Adhering to all company policies and procedures

- Following Health & Safety rules

About You:

- Previous experience in food manufacturing business would be an advantage

- Enthusiastic & Self motivated

- Good attitude and willingness to learn

- Good communication, team working skills

9 hour shift with 1 hour taken off for break Days, Monday - Friday 6-3
