Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Caterer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, with experience in restaurant, catering, or food production. As a Caterer, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a production unit to be sent to our other retail sites. This will include, hot food, sandwiches salads etc.

Duties

Prepare and present a variety of dishes in accordance with specifications and dietary requirements. Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Assist in managing inventory levels of food supplies and equipment. Maintain knowledge of current food trends, culinary techniques, and best practices in catering.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a catering or CPU environment is essential. Strong culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
This is a newly developed role for The Wall Group, our new CPU unit is based in our new Euro spar site in North Belfast and we are looking for colleagues to join and help drive the unit forward.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
