Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed

Caterer

to join our growing team at The Wall Group. This is an exciting new role within our Central Production Unit (CPU), based at our newly developed EUROSPAR site in North Belfast.

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for food and hospitality, with experience in catering, restaurant, or food production environments. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes -- including hot food, sandwiches, salads, and more -- to supply our retail sites.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present a variety of dishes to specification, ensuring quality and consistency. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety standards. Assist with managing stock levels of food and equipment. Keep up to date with food trends, techniques, and best practices in catering.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in a catering or CPU environment (essential). Strong culinary skills with knowledge of a range of preparation techniques. Good understanding of food safety regulations and compliance standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
