Production Operatives
We are looking for dedicated Production Operatives to join our team at the Bridge of Allan site. This is a permanent position, working 48 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
These are 10 hours shifts, with working patterns as follows.
06:00 - 16:00
07:00 - 17:00
08:00 - 18:00
09:00 - 19:00
12:00 - 22:00
15:00 - 01:00
Job Overview:
Final packing of products onto cages or pallets Operating the shrink wrapper Ensuring correct pallet layout Maintaining a clean and tidy work area Meeting production targets
Requirements:
Manual work
We are interested in individuals who thrive in a fast-paced food production environment, possess excellent manual dexterity, and have strong communication skills. While previous production experience is preferred, it is not essential.

Rate : 12.21 per hour
Attendance bonus: 100 monthly
