Established in 1983, our client has grown to become a leading wholesale supplier of meat products in the North East of England. There is an opportunity for Food Production Operatives to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.
What will my role look like?
As a Food Production Operative, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the production line, loading machines with raw ingredients and adhering to all Health and Safety requirements.

Hourly rate: \xc2\xa311.00
Weekly shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 07.00 - 16.00
Your duties will include:
- Achieving daily output targets
- Loading machines with raw ingredients
- Helping the production line run smoothly
- Adhering to Health and Safety at all times
- Packing of finished products
- Ensuring correct product labelling
- Excellent punctuality
- Experience of working in an FMCG food manufacturing environment
- Physically able to stand for long periods
- Professional attitude to work
- Able to work with own initiative
- Able to maintain strong attention to detail whilst continuously quality checking products
- Reliable and able to commit to the relevant shift pattern
