Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 4.00pm

gap personnel Exeter are recruiting for Food Production Operatives on a temp to perm ongoing basis on the outskirts of Exeter, EX5 postcode area. You will be joining a local company that are the leading supplier of premium sous-vide and prepared meals in the UK; they supply unique products to a broad range of foodservice providers in the travel, leisure, casual dining and hospitality sectors.

The role of a food production is varied with duties including:

• Preparing fresh meat, vegetables, spices and flavourings as per recipe
• Batch cooking of products
• Stock rotation and management
• Weighing and preparing of ingredients
• Labelling and packaging of baked goods
• Ensuring temperatures are correctly logged and followed

Shift Rota Pattern:

• Monday to Friday, 07.00am to 4.00pm

Essential for the role:

• A passion for food
• Able to get to site for the working hours

• OWN TRANSPORT IS REQUIRED DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE SITE.
