We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of food safety standards. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of production lines while adhering to HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality output. Follow food safety protocols and maintain compliance with HACCP standards throughout the production process. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any mechanical issues or maintenance needs. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards. Assist in the training of new staff on operational procedures and safety practices. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of HACCP principles and food safety regulations. . Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
