We're currently looking for

dedicated and enthusiastic Food Production Operatives

to join our growing team on a

full-time, permanent

Your Role:

As a

Food Production Operative

, you'll play a key part in the daily production process, ensuring our products are processed and packed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Day-to-day duties include:

Working on production lines performing tasks such as

filleting, trimming, salting, grading

, and

packing

fish Operating machinery safely and efficiently Meeting production deadlines with

speed, accuracy

, and strong

attention to detail

Checking product quality, packaging, labelling, and other key details Following the

daily production plan

and ensuring work instructions are followed Completing paperwork for specific roles Minimising waste and maintaining a clean, safe work area Complying with

Health & Safety

guidelines at all times

What We're Looking For:

Good communication skills and a

team-player attitude

Ability to carry out

repetitive tasks

with focus and consistency A proactive approach, willing to support supervisors and colleagues Basic numeracy and literacy (some paperwork involved) A

willingness to train and learn new skills

Physical capability to lift up to

15kg / 20kg

Ability to work in

cold conditions

Awareness of product and machinery issues, with confidence to raise concerns
