Food Production Operative

Overview

Sessions Meat Supplies Ltd, a leading catering butchers and sausage manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our dynamic team. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our food production processes while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Hours

- Monday to Thursday - 4.30am to 12.30pm/Friday - 4.00am to 12.00pm

Duties

- Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with company guidelines and safety protocols.

- Monitor the production process to ensure adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards.

- Conduct basic mathematical calculations for measuring ingredients and quantities accurately.

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment to uphold hygiene standards.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets efficiently.

Experience

- Prior experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.

- Knowledge of food safety practices, including HACCP principles, is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in basic mathematics for measuring ingredients and calculating proportions.
