Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our food production processes. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets. Salary according to age and experience

Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operation

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality and safety

- Applying labels and packing in packing department

- Cleaning of equipment and factory areas

- Helping loading and unloading of products

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals

- Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of production activities

Requirements:

- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations (HACCP) preferred but not essential

- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues

- Experience in food production or a related field is preferred but not essential. You will be required to take food safety and hygiene exams after trial period

- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production metrics

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
