At Hilltop Honey, we're a team of honey heads obsessed with quality. Every drop of our award-winning honey is crafted with care, passion, and precision, and our Production Operatives are at the heart of it all. We're looking for motivated, detail-focused individuals to help keep our hive running smoothly and our honey flowing golden and sweet.

Based in our Newtown factory, you'll play a key role in our production line, ensuring products are packed, labelled, and prepared to the highest standards. You'll help maintain equipment, monitor quality, and support your team to keep everything flowing efficiently. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and pride in your work will help us maintain the exceptional standards our customers expect.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and enjoys working as part of a team, with a hands-on approach and a keen eye for quality. Previous experience in food production is welcome but not essential - what matters most is a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a love of doing things properly.
