Job Description

We are currently recruiting for permanent Production Operatives to work on the night shift who will be responsible for the manufacturing of food products in accordance with food safety, HACCP and hygiene requirements and Quality Management System standards. TMI Foods is a subsidiary of Dawn Farm Foods which is Europe's leading dedicated multi-species cooked meat ingredients company.

Key duties and responsibilities

Manufacture of food products in accordance with food safety HACCP and hygiene requirements and Quality Management System Carry out operative processes within the factory operation to agreed standards in relation to customer, Company, legal, HACCP and food safety requirements Maintain a clean production environment and have a strict level of personal hygiene standards Monitor and update stock levels on warehouse computer and keep strict traceability records on production Measuring, grading and feeding batches of raw pork into production machinery and operating production line equipment. Packing goods ready for shipment You will be working in a cold environment with raw meat

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Experience within a food manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential Ability to communicate at different levels confidently Ability to work well as an individual and in a team environment The ability to work quickly and methodically Passing a literacy and numeracy test
The shift for this role is 10.00pm to 6.00am, Sunday to Thursday (37.5 hours)
