About the Role
We're looking for a
reliable and detail-oriented Food Production Operative
to join our friendly team. You'll play an important part in ensuring that our high-quality shellfish products are carefully graded, packed, and prepared for our customers.What You'll Do
Grade and pack shellfish by size, using either an automated grader or by hand Move materials from intake or production areas to storage or other designated areas Accurately complete traceability documents Follow clear hygiene, safety, and manufacturing standards Help ensure each boat's products are packed correctly and efficiently Contribute to keeping the factory clean and well maintained Suggest ideas to improve quality, safety, or efficiency -- your input matters
