What Key Ingredients Are We Looking For?

We are looking for candidates with

at least 2 years' continuous employment in food manufacturing

, with the capability and confidence to lead a line of production operatives.

You will be reliable, punctual,

fluent in English

, and confident in maintaining high factory-floor standards. You must be able to work effectively as part of a team, lead by example, and help develop others to ensure consistent performance and excellent product quality.

What Is a Typical Day Like?

This role is afternoon shift only. You will work Monday to Friday, full-time, with no part-time options available. Each shift is a minimum of 8 hours, and flexibility in finish times is necessary to ensure we meet customer demand.

You'll be producing frozen ready meals for some of the country's leading retailers. You will also lead a line of production operatives, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the required standards. You will mentor less experienced colleagues, supporting their development and helping to embed best practice across the shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.49-12.87 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
