Job Description
We're seeking a proactive and reliable Production Operative to join our client's busy food manufacturing team in Winchester. If you have previous experience in food production and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you'll be doing:
Operate production equipment and follow recipes accurately Maintain excellent hygiene and "clean as you go" standards Perform regular quality checks and complete all documentation correctly Work collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG (training provided) Strong attention to detail with good literacy and numeracy skills Food Safety and/or Health & Safety qualifications are a plus
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:45 (Day shifts only)
