With locations at St Nicholas Market, Lupe on North Street, and our flagship restaurant on Clifton Triangle (26 covers, takeaway and delivery), we pride ourselves on delivering casual Japanese dining experiences to the Bristol community. Our central Production Kitchen is integral to creating, supplying and delivering high quality prepped stock to all three locations.

Eatchu is seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician to join our friendly team. This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of food quality and consistency. This role also includes delivery via van to the eatchu locations.

Responsibilities:



- Ingredient Preparation and Portioning

- Quality Control

- Recipe creation

- Site deliveries: Using company vehicle - Driver's Licence essential

- Equipment Handling: Operate kitchen equipment safely

- Stock Management: Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries and sending out deliveries to our various sites

- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean workspace, adhering to our clean-as-you-go policy and food safety standards

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Production Kitchen Manager and other team members across sites

- Participating in weekly and monthly management meetings

- Autonomous Working: Manage your tasks independently and ensure efficient workflow, working to the clock

Requirements:



- Chef or Food Production Worker: 3 years (preferred)
- Driver's Licence required

Experience:

Would suit a skilled chef or a production worker looking to get away from evening shifts

Skills:

Attention to detail and an ability to learn new processes.

Team Player:

Ability to work well in a team.

Time Management:

Good organizational skills.
