3. Constantly keep abreast of new developments & marketing trends in the industry and
provide recommendation or develop marketing strategy for management's
consideration.
4. Understand consumer and product business trends as well as conduct consumer
insights to cater customer and increase market share.
5. Carry out R&D projects such as formulation, ingredients, sensory evaluation and
stability study toward new product & existing products.
6. Conducting market research and analysis to assess trends, brand awareness and
competing businesses.
7. Servingandmanagingcurrentaccountsandgrowingtheaccounts. 8. ConductmarketingreportsandpresenttoR&Dcolleagues.
Job requirements:
1. CandidatemustpossessatleastBachelor'sDegreeinFoodScience/ProductResearch & Development/ Marketing or other related fields.
2. At least 1 year of related working experience, experienced in food manufacturing industry will be an advantage added.
3. Candidatemusthaveanoutgoingpersonality,resultorientedandabletoworkinafast- paced environment.
4. Candidatedemonstratesstronganalyticmind,responsibleandhighenthusiasm.
5. Candidatemustbewillingtotravellinglocallyoroverseaifrequired.
6. GoodverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsinEnglishandMandarin.
