Fixed working days (Tuesday to Saturday), fixed holidays. work around 44 hours per week

What is my role as Fine Dining Food Runner ?

The

Food Runner

works alongside the Lecture Room and Library team, supporting the service by helping in the preparation of the dining room and kitchen pass as well as running food from the kitchen to the dining room while ensuring crockery and cuttlery is collected back from the pot wash area.
