Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our award winning team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including bartending, food running, taking orders and payments, greeting customers and assisting with catering needs. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to food safety are essential for success in this role.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer preferences are noted. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any customer concerns promptly. Adhere to food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting A strong understanding of food safety practices is beneficial for maintaining compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential for this role. A proactive attitude towards helping others and providing outstanding customer service is crucial for success in this position.
