As a Food Runner, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and our guests, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner. Ensure that all orders are accurate and presented beautifully. Assist with food preparation and meal assembly as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay any special requests or dietary restrictions. Provide outstanding guest services by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests. Uphold food safety standards throughout the delivery process. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is advantageous. Background in guest services, including serving or barista experience, is beneficial. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
