Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service.
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Assist in food preparation and meal assembly as needed to support kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow. Uphold food safety standards during transportation and serving of meals. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any requests or concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall dining experience for guests. Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as required.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Experience in food preparation or cooking is advantageous. Familiarity with guest services, including serving techniques and meal presentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
