By continuously developing and keeping ahead of the competition through innovative catering and hospitality offers, our concessions sites aim to make every customer experience memorable. Elior UK is proud to be the catering partner at the historic SS Great Britain, and we're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team full-time as we embark on an exciting new chapter.

The on-site restaurant has just reopened with a fresh new look - including extended evening service three nights a week. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a relaunch at a much-loved destination and help shape an exceptional dining experience for visitors from across the world.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the day-to-day food service operations with a positive, can-do attitude All service aspects of restaurant operation: taking orders, waiting & clearing tables, making coffees, bar service, set up & clear down Assisting with food preparation, service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Delivering excellent customer service with a smile - whether it's a coffee and cake or a full evening meal Helping to set up and close down the restaurant for both day and evening services Working collaboratively as part of a welcoming and supportive team Support in event operations

What we're looking for:

A passion for hospitality and customer service Previous experience in a catering or food service environment, especially barista and/or bar training, would be advantageous Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends A reliable, friendly, and proactive team player
