, where you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting catering, cleaning, and retail services. You'll prepare and present food to a high standard, assist with stock control, and help create a welcoming, clean, and well-organized environment for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, present, and serve food and beverages to a high standard, including catering to dietary requirements. Keep kitchen, cafe, and dining areas clean, tidy, and fully stocked. Operate tills, handle cash, and follow profit protection procedures. Follow cleaning schedules (daily/weekly/quarterly) and maintain hygiene standards. Receive and store deliveries, rotating stock correctly. Report maintenance issues and follow health & safety and food safety standards at all times. Support with room set-ups, portering tasks, and other duties as required. Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Be flexible to cover holidays and sickness where needed.

What We're Looking For:

Essential

Commitment to following Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures at all times. Ability to complete tasks to a high standard and within required timeframes. A strong team player who supports colleagues to achieve shared goals. Willingness to work within set quality and safety guidelines.

Desirable

Ability to work independently and use your initiative when needed. Previous food service or hospitality experience (full training will be provided if not).
