Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve food items in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the food service area, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding menu items. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak service times. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to food safety and hygiene.

Experience

Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
