Equated pay (sometimes known as spread over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks, and holiday pay spread over 12 months instead of just receiving pay during the months that you work and none during the school closures/non-working weeks. This means that you get paid equal amounts every month. Further information will be supplied at the interview stage.
As a Food Service Assistant for Sodexo at Oasis Wintringham, Tuition Centre Park Avenue, Grimsby DN32 0AZ, you will contribute towards the smooth running of a fast-paced food and beverage operation. You will be responsible for showcasing what the kitchen supplies, presenting it in the most eye-catching way possible, and ensuring we offer the best service possible. You will not work unsociable hours and will have public holidays off, including Christmas!

What You Do:

• Support both front and back of house services in the restaurant
• Assist with general food production and service
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness in responsible areas
• Deliver excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors
• Follow health, safety, and food safety standards daily
