We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service through the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety while supporting the wider facilities team.

You will lead by example through professional behaviour and personal presentation, adhering to all Health & Safety principles.
In addition to food service duties, you will assist with front-of-house operations, hospitality preparation, and room set-up and clearance as required.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate concerns promptly to the Supervisor/Catering Manager.
  • Assist with food preparation, presentation, and service in line with company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Report stock requirements and equipment faults to the Supervisor/Catering Manager.
  • Support hospitality functions, including set-up and clearing rooms for events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, kitchenware, and equipment.
  • Handle payment transactions accurately and assist with stock rotation and counts.

  • Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards consistently.
  • Support productivity and operational efficiency through effective service delivery.
