Job Description

To provide high-quality customer service and food service support at a busy, prestigious site during Saturday operations. The role requires professionalism, attention to hygiene, and a friendly, helpful approach with customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages
• Deliver and clear down client hospitality services
• Serve customers and operate tills if required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service and kitchen areas
• Comply with health and safety, PPE, and COSHH regulations
• Restock counters and monitor food levels during service
• Perform cleaning tasks, including floors, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Attend training sessions and team briefings as required
• Report any complaints, compliments, or incidents
• Promote a positive team environment

Essential Skills andExperience:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• High personal hygiene and professional appearance

Desirable Skills andExperience:

• Basic food hygiene certification
• Experience in compliance-focused environments
