Salary: 12.60 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 5:00pm (no weekends)

Join Our Team as a Food Service Assistant

Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced food service environment? We're looking for enthusiastic and flexible individuals to join our team in Stevenage on a casual basis.


As a Food Service Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our kitchen and front-of-house operations, ensuring our customers receive high-quality meals and service.

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Supporting kitchen staff with food preparation tasks. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in front-of-house areas. Ensuring food safety standards are upheld through proper handling and storage. Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Providing friendly and efficient service, including accommodating dietary needs. Participating in training and team meetings to uphold service and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

Experience in catering or food service (preferred). Strong understanding of health and safety practices. A flexible, positive attitude and customer-focused approach. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Great communication and interpersonal skills.
