We are looking for a professional, friendly and enthusiastic Food Service Assistant to join our school-based catering teams across our Mid Suffolk schools. Under the guidance of the Head of Kitchen, you will assist with the preparation, cooking and serving of meals.
You will have:
Experience of food preparation and/or kitchen support role
A customer-focused approach
An ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
An ability to prioritise work, and flexibility to deal with unexpected and varied requests

If you feel that you could undertake this role and contribute to the success of our in-house catering service, we look forward to hearing from you. This post is predominantly based at Stowupland High School but could also include working at our Trust Schools in the Stowmarket area. Therefore, the ability to travel to Trust sites is essential.
Applications for working individual days of 3 hours per day are also welcome. There may also be the opportunity to work additional hours.
