Our Food Service Assistants work as part of the hotel team to deliver a first rate guest experience through a focus on the delivery of market leading customer service.

Brownsea Castle, it\xe2\x80\x99s our place by the sea, our island getaway across beautiful Poole Harbour offering an escape, history and nature to our guests. Guests stay in the amazing Tudor castle set in 17 acres of private grounds on the National Trust and the Dorset Wildlife Trust run island, surrounded by stunning Italian gardens with a private beach offering relaxation and beautiful nature walks where you might be able to spot the native deer and red squirrels.

  • We are looking for a Full time and Part Time
  • Part Time - 5 days a week 10:30-16:00 to include alternate weekend working
  • Full Time - Varied hours of work across seven days to include early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends
  • Free staff boat service from Sandbanks
Duties and Responsibilities:
To add value to the efficient and profitable running of your hotel in order to achieve your business and personal objectives along with those of your team and the hotel.

Working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service to all customers. Being flexible to work in different areas and adhere to health and safety requirements at all times.

Job Requirements:
The role requires an individual who has good organisational skills, can prioritise and is able to deliver customer service to a high standard. You must enjoy interaction with customers and love working with good food/drinks, whilst remaining calm under pressure.

Desirable experience skills and qualifications:
Food Hygiene Level 2 Health and Safety Level 2

Pay Range: \xc2\xa320,550.00 up to \xc2\xa323,000.00 Annual
