Overview of role
A leadership role in the Speedibake Commercial Team responsible for the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive profitable growth across the FSWS market.
Key Accountabilities
Commercial and Sale

• Develop and implement a strategy to grow sales into the FSWS market that aligns with the overall Speedibake business strategy.

• Manage a portfolio of existing FSWS customers to improve volume and identify new business opportunities to stem the YoY decline of the sector.

• Achieve forecasted volume, revenue and contribution targets.

• Lead the annual tender/business plan processes and take the opportunities when they arise to negotiate improved terms & margins for Speedibake.

• Have a tight grip on the numbers and ensure accurate demand planning.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Work closely with the development team to ensure we have the right ranges available that suitably fit with the needs of the FSWS marketplace.

• Keep an eye on Competitor activity and share insights to inform internal strategic decision making.
