Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable visit.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and present menus Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure tables are set up properly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Process payments accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and a willingness to learn Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Knowledge of food safety regulations is an advantage
