TERRITORY SALES MANAGER - FOODSERVICE - West Yorkshire Territory
Salary: Up to 36k
Sales are essential to our business and we are on the lookout for passionate, results-driven individuals with pride in their work and a genuine desire for learning and development. The role will be challenging but rewarding and will develop your skills alongside our business.
Ideally the candidate is to be living in the West Yorkshire area with the need to travel to our main office in Accrington twice weekly for progress meetings.
Job description
As a Territory Sales Manager for our West Yorkshire territory your mission is simple. To take charge of, protect and grow our sales in the West Yorkshire area.
After training, you will be expected to deliver the main duties of a Territory Manager in tandem with wider objectives. These will include:
Maintaining and developing of existing customers
Bringing on of new accounts.
Maintaining product mix to achieve company margin
Skills / Experience
Sales experience in food service is desirable but not essential. Maybe you are a chef looking to step out from behind the serving hatch? You may be looking to reclaim a work/life balance. This isn't a 24/7 role and could have hours to suit you.
To be based in West Yorkshire is desirable but not essential.
A solid understanding of the West Yorkshire food and drinks market with a finger on the pulse of the best venues and scenes.
You must pride yourself on great customer service, able to deal with customers directly face to face and build strong relationships.
Have the confidence and ability to knock on new doors and be able to bring on new accounts.
Deliver results with a 'can do' attitude.
Ability to manage and organise own workloads, whilst remaining a team player.
Full, clean UK driving licence
