Food Service Assistant

to join our vibrant dining team. Nestled in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, Ragdale Hall Spa is a multi-award-winning destination where wellbeing and hospitality go hand in hand - and our food service team plays a vital role in creating unforgettable guest experiences.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll be right at the heart of our kitchen operations, helping to maintain the high standards we're known for.

Main Duties

(Full Training Provided)
Keeping our crockery, glassware, and kitchen equipment sparkling clean in the pot wash area. Supporting the Dining Room team during busy service times. Helping with service preparations to ensure everything runs like clockwork. Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.

Requirements & Skills

A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. A team player who thrives in a busy environment. Someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, organised, and running smoothly. No experience needed - just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!

Hours of Work:

31 hours per week, worked across 4 days, including some weekends.

Salary:

Age 16-17 8.45 Age 18-20 10.05 Age 21+ 12.26
