Austrian-inspired menu

-- from loaded roast potato bowls and fluffy pancake bowls to steaming cups of mulled wine.

We're looking for

enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable people

to join our team this festive season! You'll be working in a

fun, fast-paced, and supportive environment

, helping to bring festive cheer to every customer who stops by our stall.

Rota:

Set schedule for the full duration of the event

Provided on loan for the event period

About the Role -

As a

Food & Drink Team Member

, you'll be doing a bit of everything -- from

serving customers with a smile

,

preparing food and drinks

, and

handling money

, to

keeping the stall clean and organised

throughout the day.

We want team members who bring great energy, a positive attitude, and take pride in creating a warm, festive atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities -

Serve food and drinks efficiently and courteously Prepare dishes following our recipes and presentation standards Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards Restock supplies and keep the workspace tidy and organised Handle cash and card transactions accurately Support your team wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

About You -

Ideally

21+ years old

Hospitality, customer service, or food prep experience

is highly desirable Confident, approachable, and a real team player Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask in a busy environment Always friendly, smiley, and ready to help wherever needed
