Wayman Education is currently recruiting a Food Technician for a forward-thinking and high-achieving secondary school in Bedford, starting immediately. This is a full-time, term-time-only role supporting a well-established Food Technology department delivering practical lessons across KS3 and KS4.

Key Duties
Preparing food resources for lessons
Maintaining kitchen equipment and storage areas
Supporting students during practical cooking sessions
Monitoring health and hygiene procedures
Managing stock control and budgeting
Assisting with GCSE practical assessments
Experience and Qualifications
Experience in food preparation, catering or hospitality
Food Hygiene certification preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Salary
