Teacher of Food Technology - January 2026 Start
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation through the joy of food and nutrition? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Food Technology to join a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school from January 2026.
This is an exciting temp-to-perm role, offering the opportunity for a committed teacher to become a valued permanent member of staff.
The Role:

Deliver engaging and innovative Food Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Support students in developing practical cooking skills alongside theoretical understanding
Plan and assess effectively to ensure all learners progress and achieve
Contribute to the wider life of the school and its community

What We're Looking For:

A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with a specialism in Food Technology or related subject
Strong classroom management and a passion for creating an inclusive, inspiring learning environment
A team player who is eager to contribute positively to the school's ethos and curriculum

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
